Our standard
Logpagia aims for the marketing website, the workspace applications and the signing pages to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The goal is that people can use them with a keyboard, touch, screen magnification, a screen reader or voice control, at any supported screen size.
WCAG 2.2 AA is the target. This draft makes no conformance claim; a conformance statement follows a completed evaluation.
Known limitations
These areas have not yet been evaluated, and the results will be reported here:
- No independent accessibility audit has been completed for any Logpagia application.
- Documents that customers upload, including files sent for signature, keep the accessibility of their source file.
- Generated PDFs, such as payslips and signing certificates, have not been tested with screen readers.
- Drag-and-drop interactions in the workspace applications have not been checked for complete keyboard alternatives.
Content and interaction
Accessibility covers every interaction, not only visual presentation. Forms, downloads, media, error messages and multi-step flows each need clear labels, instructions, focus handling and a way to recover from mistakes, and Logpagia’s design standard requires these states on every new surface.
The workspace applications and signing pages are separate applications with their own test evidence. A review of the marketing website covers the marketing website only.
Feedback and assistance
If you meet a barrier, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. Workspace users can also ask their organization administrator to raise it with Logpagia.
The accessibility contact channel and the response time Logpagia commits to are added here by the owner before this statement takes effect.
How we assess
The evaluation behind a conformance statement combines automated checks with manual testing: keyboard-only navigation, 200% and 400% zoom, reflow at narrow widths, color contrast, reduced motion, and screen reader passes on representative pages. Source review alone cannot establish compatibility with a particular assistive technology, so each claim here rests on a repeatable test of the published pages.
This statement is updated with its evaluation date whenever the evidence changes.
Review and publication gate
This page is a review draft and not an accessibility statement in force. The owner supplies, and an accessibility reviewer approves, the following before publication:
- Accessibility contact channel, responsible team and response time.
- Evaluation method, scope and date for the first conformance statement.
