Separate tools and lost context
- The same details typed into several separate applications
- Approvals buried in email or chat, hard to find later
- Access granted case by case and hard to review
For finance teams
Keep bills, invoices, approvals and reconciliation connected to the records that explain each number.
The everyday scenario
A supplier bill arrives for goods you ordered. You enter it against its purchase order, and Accounting matches the two within the tolerances you set. The bill routes for approval by amount, posts to the ledger once approved, and shows on the supplier's aging until you record the payment. The supplier agreement and its payment obligations stay in Contracts, and at month end you reconcile the bank statement and close the period.

The handoff, step by step
Enter bills, invoices and expenses in Accounting, where they post to the ledger. A deal in CRM stays relationship context until you invoice it.
Route bills by amount to the right approvers, and have a second person approve each pay run in Payroll.
An approval authorizes a payment, and your bank or a connected payment provider moves the money. Record the payment and reconcile it against the bank statement.
An approval records a decision. A payment is recorded when the money moves, and reconciliation confirms it against your bank statement. Accounting keeps each step visible.
What changes
Fewer places to look, fewer things typed twice, and approvals you can find later.
